The verdict...
Sad but true,
1. Grooming is out. Thanks to my wore out "Bruce Lee Shoes", or that's what they call it
2. Lack the ability to Prioritize, and very Playful
3. Lack Experience....
4. Lack Leadership.

Shall be working hard on this flaws from now on.
