Miss Independent

I'll get to that topic as soon as I finished up with the formality.
Firstly, I would like to present to everyone my this week's schedule. So you know when to, and when not to expect a reply.

Tuesday - Off
Wednesday - 9am to 5pm
Thursday - 9am to 5pm
Friday - 5pm to closing
Saturday - 5pm to closing
Sunday - 12pm to 10pm
Monday - 9am to 5pm

And, "HELL YEAH" to Wednesday and Thursday, it's double pay day, which means,

"1 Hour Work = RM10 paid"

Anyways, I was "Overtime-d" today, 9 hours straight, without break, AKA RM 90, just like that. But tomorrow confirm getting "Overtime-d" again. Due to shortage of Bartenders.
"Good for Wallet,
Bad cause of Tiredness."

Secondly, A Shout out to Shannon Yew.
Yes, You!!! Happy Birthday SHANNON!!!!

Someone's getting OLD!!!! and it's definitely not you, Atika, or the cat.

Hopefully, you liked the prezzie

And Thirdly, "Miss Independent",
I'm talking about Ne-Yo's "Miss Independent". Suddenly, I'm addicted to this song.
I must say it has to be Atika's fault, for placing this song on the "My Top 5".

"Atika!!! It's YOUR FAULT!!!!"

But of course, I would definitely Thank You more, for introducing this song to me. Eventhough, it was indirectly.
The beat, as well as the lyrics are very cool, kinda "Beat-y" mixed with slow lyrics. It's quite catchy also, especially these lines (don't mind me skipping here and there),

"Cause she walk like a boss
Talk like a boss
Manicure nails just set the pedicure off
***
And she move like a boss
Do what a boss
Do, she got me thinking about getting involved
***********
Cause she work like a boss
Play like a boss
Car and the crib she 'bout to pay 'em both off
***
She made for a boss
Only a boss
Anything less she telling them to get lost
***********
Her favorite thing to say, don't worry I got it
And everything she got best believe she bought it
She gon' steal my heart ain't no doubt about it, girl "
"This song is for you, ATYH"
Well, I guess that's about it I guess, for now that is.
That's all folks. PEACE Out~~~

Oh yeah,
Another Shout Out to my Muslim Buddies

"Selamat Hari Raya!!!!!

Maaf Zahir And Batin".
Not to Forget, *Grins*
"DUIT RAYER I, KAT MANER!?!?!?!?!"

And to my buddy, Justin Hee. Good Luck will be coming your way!!!!

"Don't believe in it, Believe in the "I" that Believed in it."

If that even make sense.... Kinda got it from "Tengen Topann Gurren Lagann".
Now, for real, PEACE Out~~~

Mini Update

Here's a mini update to show that "Cone Sundae On A Sunday" ain't dead yet.
Here is my this week's schedule, though two days are already gone.

Tuesday - 9am to 5pm
Wednesday - Off
Thursday - 9am to 5pm
Friday - 6pm to Closing
Saturday - 6pm to Closing
Sunday - Off
Monday - 6pm to Closing

See? They, managers are really "good" at arranging a "good" time table for me. All Openings and Closings. Wanna know why? Easy, it's cause by asking me to do opening and closing, I only work for them for like 7 hours and below. Which saves their cost, for
Them = Good (save labor cost)
Me = Bad (make less money)
Anyways, as for yesterday, they made me work for from 9 in the morning till 9 at night with just a 15 minutes break. Due to the absence of the Swing bartender. F*** man!!!!
But on the bright side, I was making RM60 just like that, but man, it was tiring.

By the way, it's happening again this Sunday at my place.
Do try to make it. But don't forget to inform me first. See you then.

Lastly,
"HAPPY 40th Post, BLOG :D"

That's all folks. Peace OUT~~~

18 August 2008: Hello Again

Finally, motivation came again and smacked (DUSH!!!) me in the face. Anyways, let's keep the show rolling. Firstly to my peeps whose been looking for an update, "Voila, here it comes!!!".

Status report, I'm currently going through my second industrial training a.k.a. INTERNSHIP. At the one and only, T.G.I. Fridays in Sunway Pyramid. Which is currently still "Da BOMB!!!". Oh ya, as for the missing pages of the previous 8 months shall be summarized into one post sooner or later (when i m not lazy :P)
Currently, I'm still going through my extended bar training till the end of the internship which ends on this Friday. So you can say that "I'M A BARTENDER~~~~" *cough* apprentice * cough*. Too bad I'm not a picture taking kinda guy, but I promise to get some of them for the blog.
SO~~ time to get on with today's journal. Woke up early, to get to work, reluctantly
(wasn't even able to crap properly :P). The best part is that the morning manager, Ms. Dee, for the record came later than me. Bar opening time,

BAR OPENING #101 at T.G.I. Fridays Sunway Pyramid
1. The floor mats gets
laid first.
2. Drop-off and Pick-up mat is washed
(only if necessary) and tossed to the throw to dry.
3. Netting are set up
(wash if needed).
4. When
Drop-off and Pick-up mat are done sun bathing, set'em up.
5. Put on
rubber for the drafts tube and turn it on.
6. Strip off all plastics wrappings.
7. Set up Bar Back, chopping board, "lay mon" and lime, knife and
SPUL BOY.
8. Bring Slim Jim in. "Plastic"-ed of course.
9. Icing time, both cubed and crushed.
10. Prepare garnish box and chill ingredients box.
11. With crushed ice, prepare store-and-pour section.
12. Do anything that I missed out.
13. Check properly.... and
AGAIN.
14. Restock the bar.
15. Shake leg till the swing faggot comes in.

Well, thats what bra opening is about.
WAIT, I MEAN BAR OPENING.
Kinda regretted that I needed to do opening today, rather stay home and snooze with the pouring rain
(even Ms. Dee agrees). Worked the shift off. Today was kinda medium-paced.

Then came
MUMMY TIME.
Super Front Row Seat, together with Ying Han. A very laid back movie. Cause we had to lay back the whole time since the screen was like super near and everything was super-sized.

Summary: The Mummy 3: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor
A Don't-Watch-Also-Won't-Die movie, Wasn't really that great after all. From thriller to slight comedy cum action. The best part is that the villian isn't a mummy... It was more like a resurrected dead emperor, who once conquered the world, coming back to conquer again.

Storyline *possible spoiler warning* - It's a fictional story of Emperor Han a.k.a the Dragon Emperor (Jet Li) who was cursed and was terra cotta-fied by a witch, Zi Yuan (Michelle Yeoh), coming back to life again to conquer again. On the side of the heroes, Rick O'Connell (Brendan Fraser), retired explorer, and his wife coming back into the business for the last time, due to the lack of excitement in their new-settled-down-retired-life.

Verdicts, the storyline was actually quite predictable, the thriller element was totally extracted from the whole movie. But on the second hand, the jokes were actually quite good and funny. Most importantly, it makes you wanna get your hands on one of them yetis
(I WANT ONE!!!~~~~).
So I would give it maybe a 7 out of 10, due to the presence of Ying Han.

So there goes today. Still in emo mood.
Well folks, this is LG signing off now. Sorry if my England very far away.
Sorry for being absent :P
